child costody

i just got a divorce and the ex changed the paper work from joint costody to full costody with out my knowledge and i ask the judge about it and he said you signed it right and i did but it was changed with out my knowlege what can i do about this?just file joint costody or what i am lost.. also my check from the goverment now that we are dioviced can i use that to pay the rrears?

You can file a motion to set aside judgment (or a motion for relief from judgment) claiming fraud in that the papers were switched on you, but it sounds like the judge is already against you on the issue. I'm not sure I understand your question about your goverment check. Do you mean your check for child support paid through the clerk or Tallahassee? You can't ask them to directly deduct the arrears from your check--they don't have that in the system--but you can pay it any other way. If it is any other form of government check, you can have your arrears deducted from it.
