If a child is enrolled in a private school after a divorce, is the parent paying child support obligated to share the costs? What legal action can be taken, if they refuse?

It really depends on what your papers state. If this was not included in the decree of divorce, then no they are not obligated to pay the added expense. If you want it included you need to file a Petition to Modify Child support
