My child

What do i do if child mom has a couple outstanding warrants, and i want to protect my daughter?

I would suggest filing a Petition with the Court to modify custody based on these outstanding arrest warrants. The Court at a minimum can issue an order temporarily changing primary residential responsiblity in case these warrants result in the mother's incarceration.

I assume the mother has custody of your daughter? What are the warrants for? Do you want custody of your daughter? If the mother is in jail, then she can't very well take care of your daughter - so you would have a good shot at gaining custody of your daughter if you wanted it.
