Child Services
I called child services on my boyfriends family because of the mental abuse and drug use.
id like to know if child services intervens if my family can take him in, so he doesnt have to go to foster care.

You can file a motion to intervene if the case goes to court, but the decision as to where to place the child belongs to DCF. You may be very, very disappointed with DCF's decision.
