Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

child support

When the child is allowed to quit school by one parent, at the age of 16 without the permission from the other parent. It does say in marital settlement agreement that both parents have to come to a decision together on major things like this. The child was allowed to quiet public school and now at the age of 18 is taking courses online. How does that affect the child support ordered to be paid unless child gets married or goes to college. This is an online high school diploma, not college or high school. Is the non custodial parent supposed to continue child support when child turns 18?

Re: child support

There isn't any specific law on it, but I think most judges would agree child support stops at 18 in that circumstance.
