Does child support continue in the state of florida even if child is 18 and moves away from home but is still in college

The continuation of child support is possible under the scenario you mentioned, however, the final answer depends on the child support order (or the courts adopted agreement between the parties/parents).

It really will depend on what the child support portion of the documents state. Usually at 18 the support will stop if you have graduated from high school and/or age 19 if you will graduate at that age. However, college would have had to been agreed upon by the parties in the final dissolution and the terms therein.
