child support

I need a downward modification form to fill out. I live about 3 hours away from the clerk of courts that a pursuing my case.

There is not a standard form for downward modification of child support. Here is a link to a sample court approved motion for modification of child support:

You will either have to do the research to modify it to satisfy your needs or retain an attorney to do so. Please understand, that downward modifications are not easily granted by a court. You will have to appear for the hearing and prove to the court why your motion should be granted.
