child support enforcement

i have an exhusband who owes back child support and has not paid. he recently received a lump sum check for $54,000 from the VA for disability and will be getting future checks..we live in different states and I do have a child support case open, but my question is, besides child support agency, is there any his disability check can get garnished. He already said he is not sending his kids any money from the $54,000.

yes, the VA must be served with the appropriate ceertified court orders immediately. Contempt proceedings should have been brough long ago.
