Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Child support while legally married?

Me and my husband do not live together any more. We have a daughter together and I am 8 months pregnant (by him). I also have a son from a previous relationship. Is there a way I can get child support for our 2 kids together while we are not divorced? I take care of the kids, they live with me full time.

Re: Child support while legally married?

You can't get support from your husband for the child from the previous relationship, but you can get support from him for the two children who are his. You can either sue him for child support or bring an action for legal separation against him.
