Child support

Who pays for the paternity test when the father says the children are not his and refuses to pay child support?

It is negotable until the Judge makes a decision. in my area both parties split the initial cost, after the test results are back then the loser pays the other person back their expenses. Good luck.

Contrary to the prior advice you received, our experience is that he who alleges non-paternity bears the expense of the test.
