child support

i have not been working since may 10th 2008, i have been sending in money but now i have NO money to send, i have been seaching for work. i have the court for help and they say that they can not give me legal advise. what should i do... Thank you

I would recommend that you do a motion to modify the child support. If you cannot afford an attorney, the Florida Courts website has do it yourself forms, with instructions, to help you file the correct forms. You should probably get moving, as if you fall too far behind, the judge may hold you in contempt, and could suspend your license, or even put you in jail.
