Child Welfare

My ex-husband is driving our minor child in a vehicle that may be stolen - the plate is a dealer tag from a dealership that is no longer in business - is he endangering our child?

Re: Child Welfare

He might be setting a bad example, if he gets arrested. But I don't think he is endangering the child based on this alone.

Re: Child Welfare

I wouldn't exactly call it child endangerment, but I don't think any judge would refuse an order denying him timeshare with your child unless he agrees to transport your child in a properly licensed vehicle. I also think that almost any judge would agree that you are doing the proper thing by refusing to allow visitation unless he gets a properly licensed car for when he transports your child, but you should speak to a custody lawyer in your area before you start denying him access to his child.
