what should I do if my child's mother and my current girl friend is trying to take our son out of the state of Florida where we live now and he was born to a facility in Texas due to her religious beliefs I'm on his birth certificate and he also carry's my last name?

File a petition to stop her. I suggest you hire a family law attorney, somehow, fast. Check your local Legal Aid if need be.
