I completed my child support this year. I owe back child support in the amount of 7000 dollars. I have been paying my regular payment of 350 a month . Today I went to my bank to see if my work check was deposited and found that I was a negative 3900 frozen from my account which I only had 300 dollars in . Can the D.O.R take money I don't have in my account and freeze my account. I have been making payments

That seems odd. Have a lawyer review your paperwork. You have to file a motion to quash the levy.
