Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have a court order for my husband (soon to be ex) to return my personal belongings as well as my tools of my trades back to me within 30 days of May 13,2013. We both have injunctions against each other so the judge stated my husband is to contact his criminal attorney which in turn should contact my criminal attorney to make the arrangement. Problem is my husbands criminal charges were dropped by the state and he never had an attorney. What could I do to enforce this order before he moves my belongings again?
