Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Court Order

My husband's divorce states he is entitled to all the childrens records..school, doctors ect. We sent the order to the school because we needed to know the last dates his girls attended. They sent us false information and also forwarded that to his ex, the dept of rev and the court. HE asked for this why does everyone need a copy? Now they are going to base his child support modification on what the school wrote which isn't even true. His oldest was out of school a year earlier did not live at home and is now 20. No the school will not cooperate because the girls are both over 18, but they were over 18 when they sent the false info so why can't they now send the right info? Not sure what to do they delayed this until school is out and we've been after them since April. The whole CS case is based on lies and they are taking out more than they are supposed to, while we starve the ex is living well because she lied..we seriously need help! Thanks

Re: Court Order

The SCHOOL sent false information? Yeah, right.

I assume what you are seeking is to terminate child support for the kids that have turned 18 and graduated. Why not just subpoena the 18-year-olds to the hearing and ask them how old they are and if they've graduated? Also, why not subpoena the information from the school board, which doesn't require the permission of the 18-year-olds or the mother?
