I am curently fighting to get my children and my fiance has a no contact order on him. How do we get the no contact order removed?

If the no contact order is from a domestic violence injunction, the person who filed it must file a motion to dismiss. If the order is from a criminal case, the alleged victim must ask the judge to remove it, but this is rarely granted.
