Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

custody

If you are under age and have a 1yr old and want to marry your boyfriend and your parents write up a paper saying you give them custody of your child so you can marry your boyfriend until your are old enough and financial sound. Is it legal and binding if it did not go through court?
