My daughter had an child out of wed-lock in Florida and move to another state after her and the boy friend broke up, the boy friend never file for his paternity rights, but at the court hearing the judge order my daughter to move back to the State of Florida. How can this be with no court order keeping her in Florida

Someone filed something for some judge somewhere to order your daughter back to Florida. Nobody can give you any sort of answer without more facts.
