My daughter up and went to live with her mom when she was 17. Now that she is 18, she is wanting everything from her room at my house. Is she entitled to it?

Shes a legal adult, it is her stuff not yours.

It depends. Were the things given to her as a gift. If so, yes. If not, then at your discretion. However, if you wish to remain in her good graces for future communication, I would not alienate her from you by keeping her things from her.
