Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Our daughter lives in Orlando with our 15-month old granddaughter. She works part-time (since January). Her paycheck does not allow enough to pay her rent, utilities, and babysitter. We are needed to provide money every month. The father is incarcerrated - parole violation (sentence not determined). The baby's environment is economically, morally, and mentally debilitory. What can we do legally to obtain custody of our granddaughter. We know it is only a short matter of time and our daughter will lose her job (bad string), lose her babysitter (bad attitude toward her) and expect our full support, or will use our granddaughter as a bargaining chip. We are in Georgia. Our daugher is in Florida.
