Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughter is 13 1/2 and does not want to spend every other weekend with her father. Does she have the legal right to make this choice?

A child's choice is a factor the court can consider and can be presented through a guardian-ad-litem or psychologist in a petition for modification of the parenting plan, but there is no "legal right". It is still a best interest standard.
