Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughter

My ex wife is trying to leave the state to move to California, we now reside in Florida. On our divorce decree is states we have joint custody with her having primary residence, but I have had the minor child every single weekend plus extra days for 4yrs now. I have a lawyer but not confident in her right now. My question is will she be able to get this transfer to California? Shes moving there due to her new husband being stationed there in the marines they have only been married 1yr and he hasnt had any much role in my daughters life. Can someone please help me

Relocation cases are very, very tough for the person wanting to move, especially if the person staying in Florida has regularly exercised his or his visitation and paid child support.
