Me and my daughters father got in an altercation which resulted in me going to jail for Domestic violence and now he has a restraining order against me to help him win our family court case. We have a personal intimate relationship still with one another.. We have had many disagreements before but my question is do I tell the judge about our intimate relationship since I disagree that he feel he is in any danger
