Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughter's father and I broke up a year ago and I had to move in with my parents and they provide everything. He currently pays child support but it's not enough. He doesn't like to help with anything else that his daughter might need. I am not working right now so it's hard. I hardly ever ask for any additional help but when I do he has a fit. My daughter starts school soon and I have to get school supplies, school uniforms, shoes, etc. With what he gives me I m suppose to pay all that! I asked him to pay the uniforms and he wasn't happy about it. He thinks the cs is enough. What should I do?

Ask whatever agency that set the CS to review and see it is correct.

If you are receiving child support because you when to the IRS Child Support Enforcement Division, then h ave them pull his working records and re-calculate his income to support equation. Just because you are not working does not mean that you are not able to work and therefore unless there is some physical/mental issue as to why you are not employed, the court will asset the minimum wage to you showing an income.
