Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughters father and I have a time sharing schedule with my daughter. The papers state "the father shall have the child from Friday after school until return to school on Monday, the second, third and fourth weekends of each month" unfortunately, he is refusing to bring her to school on Mondays and says I should pick her up every Sunday. who must I call or speak to, to figure out what can be done if he does not take her as the court ordered?

If this is going to be a permanent change then have it reduced to writing and signed by you and him, this change should also be approved by the court, contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659

File a motion for contempt / enforcement. If the father looses 3 overnights a month it could increase his child support.
