Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughter's step father was sexually abusing her for 10 years, I have filed for divorce, but need to amend the petition to include tort claims, which ones would I use to insure that he is punished financially. I can get a judgement but once the funds are unfrozen he will liquidate and/or file bkrtcy and I will have a fj worth nothing, he is going to prison for life. I would like to have his assets placed in a trust for my daughter.

Your daughter's claims against your ex-husband cannot be filed as part of your divorce case. There must be a separate lawsuit brought on behalf of your daughter in a different division of the court. You really need to consult with an attorney who has experience in this area. In particular, you should find an attorney who is board certified in civil trial law, as I am. We have handled many of these claims. We offer a free initial consultation and would be happy to discuss the situation with you.
