Re: dissolution of marriage

A prenup is something both parties sign before getting married. You don't need a prenup, you need a divorce. You can get the divorce forms at the courthouse. Unfortunately, it will have to be a regular divorce, not a simplified divorce, because both sides have to sign a simplified divorce.

In a divorce, you'll have to attempt to locate her. If, after you swear that you've made a diligent search, you still can't locate her, you can publish your divorce in the paper and get your divorce without serving her with papers.
