Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

divorce agreement

My ex-husband and I were divorced in Florida a few moths ago. We both live in Maryland but at the end of this month I will be moving to Georgia. In the divorce agreement my ex agreed to take full responsibility for his student loan with Salie mae, which I co-signed for. He has not made any payments seance before our separation last year. I have been notified that the loan has been turned over to a collection agency and I will be sued or my wages will be garnished if the loan is not paid in full.

How can I Handel this? Is there a way to in-force the divorce agreement or can I sue him?
