Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Divorce case going on now for two years, I have a court date to ask the judge for some child support and his lawyer asked for a continuance.

What could I file to request the judge to not grant the continuance?

Do I ask on a Blank Request form?

There's no form for that. Just file a memorandum in opposition to the motion for continuance (You Honor, this case is over two years old, and I'm receiving any child support, etc.) or show up at the hearing and explain why the hearing on child support shouldn't be continued.

Be careful, they may be blaming you. Make sure you've turned over your financial affidavit and all your financial information.
