Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I need to divorce my current husband but i have no income. I live under government apartment and i also receive food stamp. My now husband is a resident and has a temporary permit of his residence and this is why I think he will not give me my divorce that I have ask him since I no longer wished to be with him and got pregnant with someone else child. How can i do this?

File the paperwork yourself. YOu can also fill out the indigent status paperwork and show you can not pay for any filing fees or service fees. The package for divorce can be picked up at the court house.
