My husband and his attorney was directed by the judge to file an order and schedule a parenting evaluation over a month ago, this is the second time the judge directed them to do this. They have failed to do so. What can I file to enforce the judges decision. There is no actual order at this time.

Submit an order for the judge to sign, then file a motion for contempt.
