Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

The divorce is filed in Florida the child is allowed by court to live in Illinois with mother. Father moves to Illinois 2 months later. There is no parenting plan in place or signed at this time. Question is does Florida still oversee this case, can it be moved to Illinois, and if so how does one go about doing so?
