How do you get a divorce while you are incarcerated? The person in jail has been found indigent. Where do you start? Public defender is not helping or helpful. Thank you.

YOu file for the divorce just like you normally would. The only difference is you will fill out the indigent status form and attach that as part of your paperwork.
