Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Divorce

My wife is seeking a divorce from me. We went to abitration and had an agreement. She had a lawyer and I had one. In the Fl since kids are involved, we have to take a parenting class. I have taken the class and my wife refuses to take the class. My lawyer seem to put a deaf ear on the matter what are my options since the lawyer has been fully paid. I went to the court house and the clerk told me since there is a attorney on the case they cannot work with but to go back to the attorney

Re: Divorce

Ask the judge to disallow visitation with her until she takes the class. Some judges will, some won't. If your judge won't, or your lawyer won't ask, don't worry about it.

If it really, really bothers you, file a motion for contempt against her.
