How Can I get divorced if the other party doesn't want to

I need to get divorced. My estranged wife does not, but she is constantly harassing me. She has a restraining order that she uses to blacmail me. We have 2 kids and a house. I need to get divorced and do not a lot of money to spend. She makes almost 2x as much as I do. What can I do.
