domestic battery charge
is the miliatary,police,and health care fields the only jobs that will check for domestic battery charges and do you yhink there will be a time when wrongly accused man will be able to get a fair shake i know in my sitaution my girlfriend was beating up on me

Domestic Violence charges, criminal in nature are part of a criminal background check done in fields other than the ones you mentioned. The private sector is less likely to refuse to hire someone with such incidents in their background. I believe every case is different, but in cases where physical violence has occurred, law enforcement has to make snap decisions on who was the aggressor. Sometimes men are placed in a disadvantage when these judgments involve both sexes.
