Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

e judge flat out gave the other side legal advice.... What can I do? We have final deposition coming up with same judge ( she is new to family law) petitioner is reg sex offender with a solicitation of prostitution ( busted in sting op) charge following the first petition, I have police report of him threatening suicide with our child in the car, he was abusive physically, judge did grant standing order of supervised as of now but he has not had a visit in 4 months due to some things that are also huge red flags!!!! I really need some ideas on what is going to happen in my case due to the judge helping him out.... Very frustrated trying to protect our daughter as her father truly is a danger. It is the reason I left relationship. Would like to go further into detail if I get more area to do so.

police reports are not admissible in court as they are 'Hearsay ". This may be why you did not succeed in the first hearing. I suggest you get an attorney.
