Can I evict my wife from my home for causing damage whole we are in divorce proceedings

YOu can ask for a Temporary Needs hearing requesting possession of the house while you are going through the divorce and then show a your evidence why you would be the proper person to have it.

It is advised you meet with an attorney to assist with a request for Temporary Relief to include Exclusive Possession of the Home. You will need to explain to the court why this is necessary. If there are children involved, depending on her roles in their lives, this will affect whether the request is granted.
