What evidence is needed for a case to modify permanent alimony that was based on a fraudulent financial aftadavit along with post discovery of hidden assets.

First you would have to prove material fraud. Then you would have to prove permanent alimony was not appropriate.

Get yourself a copy of Florida Rules of Evidence, or consider retaining counsel.
