Is there any way to get an ex-husband to catch up on alimony that he is behind on, without me having to spend money, that I don't have, to take him to court? He is a nurse anesthetist and is able to pay it. He is court ordered to pay $900 per month, and he is $2,250 behind.

Pay $50.00 to reopen your case and file for contempt, set a hearing and serve him. Request the court that you would like to have an Income Deduction Order in place and therefore his employer will have to make the payments to you through Tallahassee.
