Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

so because my exhusband did not file to see a judge about my intent to relocate it gives me the ok to move. im very confused, in the statues it says if he does not respond or file i can move without a hearing. he did respond but did not file to see a judge. should i be the one to file for a hearing?

I thought you said that he did not re-open the case. He is not the one that needs to re-open the case. It is on you to reopen the case and file the notice of relocation. It is also you that has to prevail at the hearing . If there is never a hearing then you cannot get the proper permission. It is you that needs the hearing, NOT him.
