Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My exhusband after going through mediation and him signing and agreeing to having our daughter 1/2 and 1/2, is not following the orders by the judge. He barely lets me talk to her on the phone, is constantly yelling, cussing, and be littleing me, and threatening me. Can I get a judge to make the rules instead of going to mediation? He is always just doing what he likes to and never follows what is ordered.

File for a Modification of Visitation, Custody and Child Support. l/2 and l/2 never really works. Get an attorney - there are no do overs and it looks like you already have messed up with this half and half deal.
