Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I don't know if this falls as a question but I am an 18 year old who left her legal guardians home about a month after I turned 18 and moved in with my boyfriend whom now is my ex. I left the state of Florida to come to Puerto Rico to live with my father but am not planning a trip for my birthday to visit friends in Florida. My mom whom is my legal gaurdian found out and is threatening me to write me up at the police station because she thinks that I am going to make a comossion with her once I step back in Florida me an my mom have not been in a good state of mind for a while mind you but I wanted to know basically what my rights are as an 18 year old who will be 19 at the end of this month and I wanted to know if I can go to Florida and everything be okay because I know I am considered an adult she keeps harassing me telling me to tell her who I'm going to be with and she claims she's going to start problems with my exs mother any advice ?

you are an adult. she may complain to police but they are not going to do anything without a court order and she could not obtain one because you have attained the age of 18 and living with your father.
