Family law

I have always paid my ex wife $300 per month for child support. Now she gets $483.00 per month for my daughter from my SSI disibility each month because she is the custodial parent. can the extra 163.00 go towards doctor bills and other odd payments?

Why does she get more monies? Was it court ordered? Did SSI make this determination? If it is being paid as child support, it can be used for any of the reasons you mentioned. You should consult an attorney who can review the specifics and provide you with answers to all of your questions.
