Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What can I do to keep a family member away from my children? He is extremely unstable, emotionally, and prone to outbursts of rage. He has trespassed my home and threatened my husband's life, and sneaks visits to see my children while they are in someone else's care (at my home). I have told him the children are off limits. How can I legally enforce this?

Yes, tell anyone who watches your kids that they can't watch the kids anymore if they let this crazy person around your kids. No one but the mother and the father have the right to be around their kids.
