Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My fiance is the sole custody holder of her daughter until the father gets rights returned by court ruling. The grandparents of the child aka fathers parents have the child on a health insurance plan and refuses our request to terminaye plan so that we can pay the childs medical bills wgich have been denied for 4 months. Can they do this? Can we force them to cancel this plan which is costing us tons of money out of pocket cause our insurance is being denied due to conflicting with theirs.

You cannot go to court and "force" someone to cancel perfactly fine insurance. if the child is covered under one insurance policy then use that one. Work it out with the grandparents.

You should file a Motion with the court to protect yourselves from any "blow back" due to the GP's actions. You should consider contacting the GP's insurance company; I do not see where they have an insurable interest.
