Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My final decree states I am to claim minor child on taxes each year. My former husband is now asking me to agree to every other year. I am still the primary custodial parent and our minor child remains with me the majority of the time. Can my former husband make me, or will a judge make me accept this request?

Your ex-husband cannot make you do anything, unless you give in to his demands.

It's doubtful the judge would modify the final judgment, particularly if the final judgment was reached at a mediation rather than as a result of trial.
