I am a Florida resident, I am divorced and have two minor children from this marriage. My parenting plan clearly states as Exhibit A in the Divorce Decree. My ex husband has time sharing for 5 consecutive weeks of summer and says he cannot do thatand can only take the children for every other week. If I do not allow him that he will only do every other weekend and no summer schedule as stated in the parenting Plan.
