Ex forcing foreclosure

My daughter's soon to be ex has been ordered by thte court to pay the house mortgage while my daughter and their daughter live in it until my daughter completes her nursing degree on may 1st 2008. He has financed a new truck but told my daughter he cannot make the house payments. Is there recousre under the law for his neglect of his family and neglect of doing what the court ordered him to do?

Your daughter will need to go back to court and file a Motion for Rule to Show Cause to have the ex husband respond to the court as to why he should not be held in contempt of court for failing to pay the mortgage.
